Package:
25,000 SAE to 35,0000 SAE / Month base salary
Transportation allowance of 20,000 SAE
Annual Incentive Plan (Performance Bonus that reaches out to 10%)
Housing allowance as well 25% from basic
Flight ticket once per year to the family&kids
Schooling 20,000 SAE/year which can reach to up to 3 kids.
The whole package can reach to 50K SAE.
